Following an increasing number of cases in Australia and the recent pandemic declaration by the World Health Organisation, COVID-19 is understandably causing concern. We would like to share with you some of the key initiatives that we are implementing to ensure our staff and contractors remain safe and minimise risk to others.
We are monitoring the situation via the Australian Government Department of Health and the Victorian Government Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS). Our responses will be driven by the information we receive from these sources.
What action is the InstallEx Group taking?
· Creating a culture of infection control in the workplace, on client premises/sites and at home.
· Insist that all employees & contractors adhere to the Australia Government guidelines and be alert to their health status at all times.
· Insist all employees and contractors notify the company immediately should they identify with flu like symptoms and follow the recommended procedure as per the Australian Government guidelines
· Establishing contingency plans to maintain delivery of services during times of internal staff absenteeism.
At this point in time, we do not anticipate any disruption to our services.
We ask that anyone who is scheduled to be in contact with our employees & contractors follow the guidelines outlined by the Australian Government and notify the company immediately if anyone is isolating at home.
